I have over 25 years of experience facilitating fun and engaging creativity and well-being groups and individual sessions as a Specialist Occupational Therapist, Creativity Coach and Mindfulness Teacher working within the NHS, in collaboration with voluntary and community organisations and as an independent practitioner.
My extensive experience has involved the provision of safe and welcoming spaces for people to work creatively towards the things that matter most to them and so cultivate increased well-being, meaning and playfulness in their lives.
